I’ve found writing a “small stone” of mindful writing every day this month sometimes easy and sometimes very difficult when I seemed to have no inspiration.
It has been an interesting exercise to notice one thing each day and write about it. It’s certainly a calming and grounding practice.
I plan to continue writing small pieces of mindful writing .. but not every day, and in a notebook rather than here. Perhaps I will post an occasional small stone here to keep reminding you to practice mindful writing.
