Journals and diaries

If you do only one kind of writing to help your wellbeing do this … keep a journal or diary. A dated diary, a lined notebook or a book with blank pages; decorated or plain; large or small. The choices are endless.


Get creative, experiment with different types of writing, but the important thing is to write on as many days as you feel able.
